CHAT RULES
TYPE NICE
You will be removed from all clubs and you will not be able to join any club unless you follow these...that way, we can all have a safe space to enjoy our groups!
- Keep chats or discussions only to topics relating directly to this club and its activities. Posts that are not about this Club & Club related activities will be removed, and you will be warned. One warning then you lose your membership.
- Stay appropriate for school if you type anything.
- Be Kind Online. Any unsupportive or mean or unkind posts will be deleted, and will cause your club privileges to be taken away immediately.
- Do not post external links to your social media. Ever. Thank you.
- You can post links to websites and/or upload your own art or photos, as long as they do not show your face or include personal information (please look at this information about how to be safe online and try this game to see if you know the rules!).
- Remember that typing things about yourself is only allowed INSIDE CANVAS. Outside Canvas, typing your name, age, and city or school can make you an easy target, so if you are using social media, be smart about it, and do not link to it in Clubs or Canvas..
- All Zoom Rules apply (see Zoom Rules).
- When in doubt, leave it out (or ask your sponsor/parent first to see if it's okay to post or say or share).
Questions? Contact your club sponsor.
